However, there are certain systems that the Suuwer S701 thermostats are not compatible with, including multistage heating and cooling, heat pump with auxiliary heating, heat pump with emergency heating, dual fuel/hybrid heating, mini split systems, electric baseboard heat (120-240 volts), convectors, radiant ceiling heat, and 12V RV thermostats. It is important to note that the thermostat has a room temperature range of 41°F to 95°F and a temperature control range of 44°F to 90°F.

This thermostat also features a 5-minute compressor delay protection (selectable ON or OFF), support for ambient temperature correction, and separate heating and cooling swing (cycle rate) ranging from 0.2°F to 2°F.
