How to use: 1. Press the "UP" button to display the starting temperature. 2. Long press the "UP" button until the temperature display flashes, then use the "UP" or "Down" button to set the start temperature value. 3. Press the "Down" button to display the stop temperature. 4. Long press the "Down" button until the temperature display flashes, then use the "UP" or "Down" button to set the stop temperature value.
