36 Belt Drive Whole House Fan

Introducing the Belt Drive Whole House Fan with Automatic Shutter, featuring a white powder-coat finish shutter and a 2-speed, thermally protected 1/3 HP PSC motor for optimal performance. This fan comes equipped with a precision balanced aluminum fan blade assembly with 4 fan blades for greater air movement. It also includes a 2-speed switch and wall plate for easy control.

The Belt Drive Whole House Fan is designed for joist-in or joist installation and is suitable for ceiling mount application only. The fan utilizes dual ball-bearing technology for durability and efficiency. The 24" model is ideal for homes with 1200 to 2000 sq. ft. attics, requiring a minimum of 8 to 10 sq. ft. of net free air exhaust vent area. The 30" model is suitable for homes with 2000 to 3000 sq. ft. attics, needing a minimum of 10 to 12 sq. ft. of net free air exhaust vent area. For homes with attics over 3000 sq. ft., the 36" model is recommended and requires a minimum of 12 to 14 sq. ft. of net free air exhaust vent area. The veins on the 24" and 30" models run lengthwise, while the veins on the 36" model run crosswise. The center vein is stationary to allow for a no-cut joint installation.
